DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

HELLO LULLERI currently specializes in digital printable products. No physical item will be mailed or shipped for products identified as digital downloads.

After your purchase is successfully completed, your digital files or download access will be provided electronically through the download method shown at checkout and/or by email.

Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is accurate and accessible.

If you do not receive or cannot access your files, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Because these products are digital, no shipping fees or physical delivery times apply unless a listing expressly states that a physical product is included.
