DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

HELLO LULLERI products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once access to the digital files has been provided.

We want you to love your purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your files, receive the wrong file, encounter a corrupted or inaccessible download, or believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Refunds may be provided when required by applicable law.

Please review each product listing carefully before purchasing, including the product description, included pages, recommended materials, and printing requirements. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because digital products may be made available shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once digital access has been provided.
