Are these physical products or digital downloads?

Every Hello Lulleri printable is a digital download. Nothing ships, so you can print and play the same day.

How do I get my files?

Right after checkout you’ll get a link to download your PDF. Save a copy to your computer so it’s ready whenever you want to print. If you bought through Etsy, download from your Etsy purchases page.

I can’t find my download. What now?

Check your order confirmation email, plus your spam and promotions folders. Still missing? Message us with your order number and the email you used at checkout. Please never send passwords or payment details.

What paper size do I need?

All files are made for US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 in). Print at “Actual size” or 100% so pieces come out the right size, and try one test page first.

What paper works best?

Regular printer paper is fine for mats and worksheets. For pieces that stand up or get handled a lot, use cardstock, as long as your printer can take it.

What supplies will I need?

Usually a printer, paper or cardstock, and scissors. Some sets also use glue or tape. Each listing tells you exactly what you’ll need.

Can I use a print shop?

Yes. Bring your PDF, ask for US Letter at actual size, and choose cardstock for sturdier pieces.

What ages are these for?

Each listing includes age guidance. Little ones will need a grown-up for cutting and assembly.

Are they ready to play right after printing?

Some are. Others need a little cutting, folding or assembly first. The listing tells you which.

Can I use these in my classroom?

Yes! Teachers can print copies for their own classroom and students. Please don’t share or resell the files.

A file won’t open or printed wrong. Can you help?
